Should Calgary trade Monahan? i have this strange idea about Monahan to EDM. just that EDM might make an offer that's hard to say no to.

Well Monahan: 81 games and 63 points.

and then the players from Edmonton that could be part of a Monahan trade.

Nugenthopkins, Lander, and prospect or whatever Griffin Reinhart.

at this time, Reinhart is underrated. everyone thinks that he can be a 3rd pairing or healthy scratch Defenseman, but he can be as good as Ryan Suter of the Minnesota Wild.

Gaudreau is a for sure keep though. if they had to lose one for nothing (which they won't have to), and they could pick which one, they'd lose Monahan. Gaudreau is the guy that they'd take. Johnny Gaudreau or Sean Monahan? Gaudreau for sure. he is a rare find.

63P 27G 36A 81GP -6 18PenMins
78P 30G 48A 79GP 4 20PenMins (but that's like one more MinPen)

78P, 79GP, 30G, that's the one i'm taking.
But Bennett? DefFor Right Now, C 36P (so not much P)

J Hockey top pick of 3, then SM, then Sam Bennett.

But would PIT trade their 1LC?

85P 36G 80GP

Note: The Crosby thing is off topic (and also just so i know, what about Malkin and Letang?)

The End.

PS to myself: this doesn't mean the end of this thread, it just means the end of this post thing.

So where does russell sign in the end? he's as good as Hedman and still hasn't signed.

That was someone else's idea. my idea was Giroux, 2nd round pick, 5th round pick, and raffl,
for
Crosby.

Because the wild need scoring, and the Bruins need Defence. i still think Suter for Bergeron makes sense.
