Lol ridiculous. Let’s be honest tho.. we’re all relieved the Rags lost. That was a good team. Probably my fav Rags team since St. Louis was there, just cuz I like St. Louis lol. Both the Canes and the Rags are out. I’m happy. As an American.. do I really root for the Panthers? Such a blah organization, but a heck of a team, and Maurice is hilarious. Edmonton .. I feel for their fans and Connor. Hyman and Skinner have been revelations for that team. Decisions decisions.

I’m pretty happy with both teams winning, Connor deserves one. But I like the way Florida plays and I like tkachuk even though he turned down being traded to the waste management devils.

Hopefully the rumors are true and they can get Brady on the team in a season or two.

He averaged 30-40 goals on the Jets his first 4 years. I wouldn’t call that sucking.

Then he was traded to a horrendous Jackets team.

The only 2 things that scare me is his contract (2 more years) and whatever mental health thing he’s got going on.

Seravalli on his show today says, "A GM messaged me yesterday and said the Devils are looking for a top 6 forward, a bottom 6 forward, a top 4 defenseman, a bottom 4 defenseman, and a goalie."

Looks like Fitz will be trying to shake up the roster a good amount. If we want to add a top 4 D, the rumors that one of Siegenthaler or Marino potentially being moved out may be true.

Lol so we’re trying to essentially build a whole new roster. It’s impossible to fit a top 4dman, top 6 forward AND top goalie under the cap, not including bottom 4D or bottom 6F, even if we move one of those 2 dmen.

It's possible depending on who's moved out and how much retention they get on players coming in. They have 19.1M in cap space right now, if one of Marino/Siegs are potentially moved out along with the likes of Bastian and Holtz, now you're at ~25M. With Mercer likely getting a bridge deal it's workable, but will get very tight.

They've been linked to so many players over the last week or two, seems like Fitz really is looking around at everything.
