Isles have a great "once since 40" chant.


Despite what the nhl tries, the Isles have been more historically relevant than the rangers in the last 80 years, despite the islanders being 50 years old

The Isles were created to block wha expansion into NYC. Everything was rushed, including the logo. Had they not had a dynasty with that logo people wouldn't have nostalgia. It's boring, and below create-a-team level

well McGroarty hasn't played in the the NHL yet, and he's a 14th overall pick, not a top 5, the habs shouldn't be giving the moon for him lol... plus he's requested a trade, which kinda (frank)s WPG over.

anyway I doubt this is legit, so far Hughes has been pretty secretive about his deals.
