I don't even know what the (frank) I'm looking at... is that supposed to be the chicken's poop?

it kinda looks like it's the farmer who's been taking dumps there and collecting his old turds.

yeah, Longlegs is pretty hard to beat at Twister, it's almost unfair...

seriously though, you went to see Twisters and Longlegs...?

the former seems to be a louzy recycling project that barely brings anything new since the original Twister, while the latter has the potential in my mind to be another overrated horror flick, with all the praise it's been getting. of course I could be completely wrong on both counts lol.

No, we had to queue back to get the tickets to Twisters, Longlegs's gonna wait for streaming.

Twisters is, yeah, pretty much like the original, but at least it knows it's not reinventing the wheel. Fully embraces being a dumb movie about tornadoes.

Longlegs, the reviews are yeah pretty good, but from what I can tell you should expect more Se7en or Silence of the Lambs (in term of style) than, I dunno, the Conjuring or paranormal activity.

although I'm aware it's cliché as (frank) in terms of the horror genre, I kinda liked The Conjuring for some reason, I thought it was stereotypically well put together lol.

Well yeah, but I meant, The Conjuring is pure horror. Longlegs isn't. It's suspense with apparently no release. Kind of like if the basement scene from Zodiac was a whole movie.
