Reading through some posts in regards to salaries and it seems people will never be happy.
If we pay for potential then people get upset because they haven't earned it, but if they get paid for what they have accomplished ie Gallagher then they are overpaid because they are not maintaining their numbers.
So should salary be based on what the team thinks they can bring or on what they have done regardless of what they will do?

Exactly what I was thinking, i think management did a great job and off course its never bullet proof, nothing is in lige but that seem like the % for chance of sucess

previous page comments was just complaining for complaining from an animal that might be dead and or a chicken, not saying whom though

#Habs have upped their already previously solid offer, and im told #CBJ could be trading Laine any time now. The Canadiens are definitely the front runners now, with #AllCaps tapering off quite a bit due to Columbus not wanting to retain any salary. #Sabres still involved as well
