Agreement was reached in late December, union approved in February.


Apparently, they were still finalizing the small print until June where it was officially signed with the government (our union pushed a vote without everything agreed upon btw). Government, by law has up to 60 days to payout what they owe.


If they don't, they pay interest. Hold on for 60 days and collect interest, then eat a small penalty.
