the lady next door died a few months back. i now have new neighbors. so there is now people out on that side of me but iggy is still focused on my other neighbor. lol

i didn't have certificates, no. i could have made a lot more if i did. they would have cost me more in the beginning too though.

i actually think the signatures were authentic for sure on the squier. i wasn't 100% sure about the ones on the les paul. eventually i was convinced to sell it because of that and because one of the guys signed more than his name and wrote some gibberish under his name. i was told that might bring the value down even if the autographs were real. also, chris cornell had just died and while pretty cold, that was the time to strike if i was going to sell it.
