hes just one dude, who happens to be russian
- deadpoulet

yes, it didn't happen but the point was he could have potentially established a more positive relationship between MTL and Demidov's KHL team. Bobrov's father also works there.

eh tabarnak...

I don't think it would be all that surprising either, but after all those years in existence you'd think he'd have the decency to inform what's left of the HB community.

anyway, worst case scenario if there is a sudden shutdown like that I'll just create an HB posters reunion thread on HFBoards, so that we can regroup and figure poop out lol.

Hutson is gonna play.

I'm sure of it.

There's also a chance Mailloux gets in there over Struble.

So you would take le chausson strudel and Barron out?

Hutson could start in Laval

no tour de rein either.

correct, they are all in front of Barron

the glaring hole again is we need a better 2nd RW, hence why they keep talking about Laine

I would put Armia in that spot and trade him around TDL (contract year for him).

If Dach cant stay healthy it wont matter either way

I'm pretty sure Struble can go in the AHL without going through waivers, unlike Barron.

So Barron will stick around, I think Hutson will be too good to be sent down and Mailloux will have a chance to stay as well but his road will be much harder since he needs to be ont of Xhekaj or Harris for a spot.

Of course, the idea that a trade could still happen to help us manage our assets on defense better is also a possibility.

yep, Harris and Barron start with the inside track due to their NHL contract, but it shouldn't take long before both lose their spot.
no problem, let them play, a lot, raise their value.
meanwhile kids improve in Laval, and one day.... BOOM!
