I love how if I make up something about you as an insult, you get all serious and want me to prove it as fact but if you do it, it’s just oh so clever. Especially when it’s the same joke on repeat.
But hey, whatever strengthens your insecurities. - roenick97
You sure are overly interested in what’s going on in my life…once again proving you have nothing going on in your’s.
To answer your question, no plans to go anywhere. May take a week off for more improvement around the house. You know, stuff men do…or would you know? - roenick97
well, when I want something done around my house I hire professionals, so it gets done right. No need to pretend to be some handyman and do it myself.
guess hiring peeps is just not manly. what a shame.

It isn’t manly. It’s lazy. I mean, you’re educated in terms of what you watch on the news and 70 years of sitcom watching but you can’t fix things around your house? Why am I not surprised?

why would I want to fix "things"? when things break, I get the proper people to fix them. That is why my house looks better than yours.
I dont take half ass measures, like you probably do, and rig that stuff up. but hey go get a fix my house up for dummies manual and have it. Meanwhile I will be having a beer while you sweat your ass off getting aggravated hoping you "fixed" it.

The proper people . It’s 2024, guy. I know you have nothing but free time on your hands. I know you know how YouTube works. If you can’t do things yourself, I really feel for you.

listen we all cant be a plumber, carpenter, electrician, and hvac guy like yourself. You really are multi-talented.
yes it is 2024. smart people hire other smart people to do those jobs.

I have an ex girlfriend who could fix anything around her condo and you can't? If you're satisfied with your life, god bless. I'm sure memorizing every episode of Cheers really comes in handy in a pinch.
Today reminds of the Flyers-Sens game with all of the fights. After the first few you thought the fights would end. But nope they just kept on going and going and going and going and going and going and going and going

should have married her (she dumped your ass I bet), on a side note brita water pitcher filters are on sale.
no I do not fix nor do I mess with plumbing, electrical, and the like. I really must be in the minority when it comes to that.....what a failure on my part.

though we are talking about things that need fixing. that does not. - hello it's me 2050
Ok, not my argument but I couldn’t help myself.
Seriously I do any work on my house I know I can do at a high level. Minor plumbing fixes, electrical stuff such as adding light fixtures, putting in dimmer switches. I hung all the double curtain rods in the house for my wife.
Put in all the kitchen cabinet handles.
Built my own garage workbench and storage cabinet.
Started framing the basement to finish it.
Ran my own network cables and terminated them.
I do have an under the sink water treatment system for our kitchen. It has about 6 pieces and getting it to fit will be a nightmare.
I’m paying a pro to put that in.

Coots listed as one of the 10-worst contracts in the league:
Contract: $7.75M x six years Model Value: $4.2M x six years
Sean Couturier still has the juice defensively. His plus-three Defensive Rating is up there with some of the league’s best, driven primarily by his earning one of the best relative expected goals against rates of his career last season. Doing that in tough minutes after coming back from serious injury holds a lot of value.
Unfortunately, his offensive game is not where it needs to be anymore to be worthy of his $7.75 million deal for six more seasons. At 31, his value is only expected to drop further with each passing year, from $5.2 million this year to half of that by his final season. For now, Couturier is a fine shutdown second-line center, but that’s not enough for how much he’s being paid.
It’s a real shame for Couturier, who looked like he would have no trouble living up to this deal when he signed it. At the time it looked right on the money. Injuries severely derailed his trajectory to this current point though and the hope is that he can still bounce back after getting back up to speed last season. Some positive shooting percentage regression could help a lot here.
Couturier’s underlying numbers remain sound and he’ll likely continue to be a useful player. But unless his offense picks up, it’ll be hard for him to live up to his price tag for six more years. - The Athletic

each is their own. I have zero interest in doing that kind of stuff. isnt worth the aggravation to me and in the end I really do not think you save as much as one may think imo.
flyer rarely if ever sell high. He could have got a very nice package back. As could of laughton 2 years ago, TK now or last deadline. flyers just suck
