I thought he was an Arb case, but must be wrong about that.

A lot of contracts being thrown out the last few years based off potential. Its a gamble but if it pays off you save in their prime.

His metrics didn't drop much if at all last year which is hopeful.

Nope. It would be a miss to do so now... Just like it was a miss to sign UPL to a "long term" contract rather than to a Arb 1 year contract to gain additional data on his stats.

Edit: difference is that Availability vs Production/Stats is the issue with Quinn.
