Mailloux progresse bien. On l’a nommé capitaine cette fin de semaine. Il est facile à remarquer sur la glace du haut de ses 6 pi 3 po et 220 lb. Il a amélioré sa prise de décision avec la rondelle. Il possède toujours ce tir dévastateur. Il n’hésite pas à protéger ses coéquipiers moins costauds.

À court terme, on peut lui conférer une avance sur Reinbacher, tantôt incisif, tantôt discret contre les espoirs des Leafs. Cet Autrichien semble néanmoins avoir un coffre à outils mieux rempli

Reinbacher is only 19 and has never played on small ices. It should not be a surprise.

Mailloux is 21 (still very young) and up until recently had struggled with his game defensively, while Reinbacher as a 5th overall pick seemed to have a more complete game overall, it can be considered as a surprise imho.

I think it might have more to do with a year int he AHL + Reinbacher's need to adjust to north american game / rink size than anything.

I think he is ahead in development right now, but not skills.

Don't forget the bright UV light in addition to the bleach injections. Stick light in one end; if it doesn't work, stick it in the other; or maybe it needs to be two lights stuck in each end simultaneously.
