The previous 2 seasons he played 14 in '05-'06, then 29 NHL Games in '06-'06. Drafted in 2002, 20th overall.

If kulich doesn't force his way on the roster one or more of these players will be expected to play above their ability. Nothing new for the sabres though

Think it will be. He isn't a top line talent, isn't Briere, but I think he can be a good puck retrieval and distribution guy that can slide up or down the lineup depending on injuries.

I know most are down on him. Every time I watch highlights of recent games, he usually generates a good chance or two.
