Hayes is just collecting paychecks at this point. Laziest/softest big man in the entire NHL. In what way has the Pens roster improved? Pretty much the same guys as last year.

2025 (in order of prob finish)
1st: Own. = Zboril

1st: Acquired from Colorado in 2024 trade of D Sean Walker. = DeBrusk

1st: Acquired from Edmonton for 32nd overall pick in 2024 (conditional to 2025 or 2026). = Senyshyn

Anything but this first round outcome by the Bruins in the 2015 draft. Ouch!

2nd: Conditional pick acquired from Columbus in 2023 trade of Ivan Provorov after they elected to keep their selection in 2024.

2nd: Acquired from Anaheim in 2024 trade of F Cutter Gauthier.

2nd: Own.

Well, the poster I was responding to explicitly said conference, so it was implicit in my response.

I am not sure this was a deliberate troll because it happens so often nowadays. I know I have gotten into bitter spats here, but there is no one here I dislike or would wish ill upon in real life. That entire premise is silly.

And that guy: these omissions, misreads, misunderstandings, misrememberings, tangential takes: they are occurring at an alarming rate now, and across his responses to everyone. That didn't happen some years back. If I knew the family, I would gently bring it up. Hell, I would happily pay his deductible. I have no avenue except this uncomfortable one. It kinda sucks to just turn a blind eye and see a guy potentially expose himself to addressable harm.

We have all been together for many years. We are all getting old. Well wishers: stay alert, and act according to conscience and convenience.

Just an old forward group with no depth and not likely to keep Crosby and friends 100% healthy again. Flyers above Isles..Pens and Columbus.
