Michkov the biggest hype since Lindros....Letting that sink in and realizing that's 32 years ago!!!!

Not sure what is worse, the cup drought or the fact the Flyers rarely have elite players...well if Michkov does in fact pan out.

- Glak18

Hopefully the brass takes Michkov's side on the potential power battle versus Torts.

When it comes to the Flyers Boucher is such a hack. Can’t stand him.

National games no issue as he is good.

i wouldn't care if he tried to dangle through a guy or little behind the back passes, but he seems to turn the puck over every time.

Say what you will about Nic D...but he gives you everything he has.

That backcheck was impressive given his size and lack of skills.

I would like to know more about the kolosov deal. Does he have to play a certain amount of games in the nhl to not go over to the khl?
Can he be sent back down to the ahl or does he have to stay in the nhl roster?

- WhiskeyMan

Dude, he is signed to an ELC.

Again not trying to make him sound great, but no one else on the ice did what he did...just saying

If he coasted that was a clear breakaway.

Defensive play is not Deslaurier's issue. He is actually solid defensively. He's just a black hole offensively and he brings down everyone he plays with on that side of the puck.

Yes but the agreement as I have heard is that if he is not called up to the nhl this season, he can go to the khl. For how long, I don't know, so I would like know more about the agreement.

Any "agreement" may have been made verbally but he is already signed to a contract. Which was signed last year. Contracts are not re-negotiable in the NHL. There is nothing that is binding for the Flyers in anything they may have promised. He can be sent to the AHL at any time by the Flyers. They are under no obligation to have him play a single NHL game.

The agreement was made, so he is now coming over. Now that everyone knows, you think the flyers will renig on the agreement?

Can they afford bad PR?

I don't think there is any kind of agreement like you're thinking of.
