Last year the Toronto area got 48 inches. The lowest snowfall in the past 12 years was 19 inches in 2012.

When we feel like a good snowshoe trek we take the yacht to Buffalo, take off our swimsuits when we get there, put on our snowsuits and snowshoes and trek over to Amherst.
