probably if you have nosey neighbors. it seems like if you get enough people together in one place a few of them are bound to be asswipes.

i've never heard of anybody getting the fine although the email reminders have it plastered all them. in bold fonts!

I get that the purpose of an HOA is to avoid having people actually ruin things for everyone else but they seem to get so (frank)ing picky about everything it sounds annoying.
