I have been visiting this site for a while and just can't listen to your juvenile analysis and blatant racism/misogyny anymore without saying something. Your answer is always the same when someone disagrees with you - you always put it on them to prove you wrong, like you are some kind or mentally challeged hockey deity. If there's a lot of high scoring games, I believe the Flyers lose more than last year. I think they still need to continue to do what they did last year and improve their defensive team structure then take advantage of their scoring opportunities. If the PP can improve with the addition of Michkov and their PK, which i believe is the more important special teams aspect to winning, stays the same they can come out on top.

Agreed, their structure is probably what kept them in the game for a playoff spot last season until it all crashed and burned when they ran apparently ran out of gas from playing balls to the wall hockey from the get go of the season.

Just because a player is waived this time of year. Does not mean they're automatically assigned to the AHL.

I hope Jett succeeds, but not really happy with the decision. On the club side, it does help take away some attention away from Michkov starting the season.

I was on the side of the folks saying JL should go back and tear up the OHL.
Ideally he'd develop better in the AHL but....you know... age rules and alla dat ish

That is what I'm skeptical of. If the Flyers can play as well on the PK as they did last year. I also don't think that they're going to repeat the number of shorthanded goals that they had last year.

Now it’s going to be a cluster(frank) for the 4th line, which is a good position to be in, which I’m sure many “debates” will happen because of it.

It will be different story when injuries start to hit.
