My wife made some of her homemade pulled chicken and tortellini soup a couple weeks ago and when we had those cold nights it was glorious for dinner with a nice sandwich.

Can't wait for some Cottage (vs Sheppards)pie (It's only Sheppards pie if you use Lamb), Chili, pulled chicken sandwiches, Jambalaya, and other crock pot deliciousness.

My pellet smoker has 2 built-in thermometers, and it's bluetooth so you can watch the temps on your phone.

Life changing.

Mine is supposed to have that but the wifi signal outside my house is spotty so I don't get to take advantage of it fully.

Has the probe for meat that plugs into the face of the smoker so you can check the temp without opening though but I often forget to put it in there, will have to make that extra effort to remember once it gets cold!

Still alive. No major damage to the house or property.

Even during the worst of the storm, I checked the scoreboard to be disappointed in the traditional Leafy way.

Tampa dodged the surge, but took a ton wind damage and flash flooding from record torrential rains.

Power is still out (might be for days), but cell towers are still working.

I'll be scarce while cleanup is going on. The yard and garden is a wreck.

I BBQ all winter. I don't even put a cover on my stainless Weber. Zero rust. Just fire all burners at max, get it up to 700 and melt all the snow and mice in it before using it

I had a mouse nest in my grease trap after last winter. Pretty annoying having to bundle up and put on a respirator just to clean the BBQ.

It's true, if the leafs limit the opposition to 2 goals most games, they'll win most games

I attempted to behave with my dinner, kept it simple, just butterfly pork chops done with thyme and pepper but I had to cook 9 of those since I was lazy when I put them in the freezer after purchasing and didn’t separate them lol, a mushroom rice, some green beans, and my homemade chick pea salad.

Apparently me behaving worked out to 3 pork chops, large sides of rice and beans, and about 2 and half helpings of the salad. The toilet and I are close this morning, even my cat waited by the door at one point lol.

Visiting Fredericton in December and was thinking of going to a Fredericton Red Wings game to smell some rink.

Turns out 4 of the players (allegedly) beat a guy, recorded it, and uploaded it to SnapChat.
