I know he was very productive on Dallas and started out well in Cleveland, but is he slowing down, or is it just Watson that's affected his numbers drastically this year? - QuinnFan
His production with Watson has been horrible this year. It’s not because he sucks. It because Watson’s accuracy has been brutal.
His separation scores are still legitimately good. So he’s got good separation in man and zone coverage.
at least we kept the chiefs from getting him - homiedclown
Also unfortunate we can't set the clock back 6 years on him.
30 and in the final year of his deal isn't a move I love. Have a feeling we'll wish they had the ammo in the offseason to make a better move, but maybe he's got more in the tank than it appears.

Joe Namath sucked. He had a losing record, threw 220 INT to 173 TD, 50.1 completion %, his Y/A was very good at 7.4, but that's about it - Wetbandit1
He won a Superbowl, rocked a fur coat, posed in Playgirl, appeared on the Love Boat, Alf and the A-Team, and drunkenly told Suzie Kolber he wanted to kiss her on live TV.
It's why they are building the new stadium on a pair of roller-skates. After the team is relocated to TO, they can just shimmy it up the QEW. - QuinnFan
Pegula is still the controlling owner of the bills.
Essentially he’s giving up 10% ish to pay for the stadium basically and not really losing anything in the process.
Also unfortunate we can't set the clock back 6 years on him.

Home opener in Columbus tonight.
Tribute for Johnny and his brother Matthew, with the Gaudreau family in attendance.
This will be an emotion filled night

They kept both 2nds and both 4ths, I really don't see how this hurt the Bills

Won a superbowl with the jets but not exactly an elite QB

The Pro Football Hall of Fame disagrees:
“ In 1967, he became the first quarterback to throw for more than 4,000 yards in a single-season — a feat that wouldn’t be reached again until Dan Fouts threw for 4,082 yards 12 years later. In 1968, Namath was named the AFL’s Player of the Year and a unanimous All-Pro selection. His performance in the Jets’ win over the Colts in Super Bowl III earned him Super Bowl MVP honors. His pregame “guarantee” and MVP performance were a major factor in assuring the competitive viability of the AFL-NFL Super Bowl series.
Despite being plagued by knee injuries that eventually brought an end to his career, Namath still completed 1,886 passes for 27,663 yards and 173 touchdowns. He ranked Top-three in passing yards six times (1966-69, 1972 and 1974), touchdown passes four times (1967, 1969, 1972 and 1974) and sack-percentage six times (1965-69 and 1972). Namath’s play in Super Bowl III was one of many clutch moments in his career as he led the AFL/NFL in game-winning drives during four different seasons (1966, 1968-69 and 1974).
Namath earned all-league honors four times (1967-69 and 1972) and was an All-AFL/Pro Bowl selection five times (1965, 1967-69 and 1972). He is the only player in pro football history to lead both the AFL (8.2 in 1967) and the NFL (8.7 in 1972) in yards per passing attempt. Namath was the first-team selection at quarterback for the American Football League’s All-Time Team.”
