Entertaining game even if the result is not what we wanted.

C'est le métier qui entre.

I thought they did a good job until the 3rd, even if the Pens dominated most of the 1st.

Also, I though the Prime broadcast was pretty decent - also, nice to hear different voices call games and do intermissions.

I don't get why they do not used Guhle on the 2nd PP halfwall for the onetimer.
he scored a beauty from there last year, we saw it again tonight.

It was a sad day in my fantasy leagues.

6 goals by Pittsburgh, Crosby doesn't a point.

7 goals by the Kings, Byfield doesn't get a point.

8 goals by the Sens, Perron doesn't get a point.

I know it represents some issues with some older viewers and of course I'd want Prime to make sure to have french commentators for our audience to be satisfied with them owning the rights to every game.

I thought they did a great job and the quality was obviously much better than my typical stream on the internet.

Ice time management IMO, MSTL is trying to spread the ice time a bit with Guhle playing a lot at 5 on 5 and on the PK.

Always good to take your time to put together a critical analysis, while letting the raw emotions subside.

I think you can 100% guarantee that RDS/TVA will continue to own the French language programming for Habs games.

I do not see Prime making that investment.

not too bad, a bit cold but nothing too crazy.

gonna be pretty busy this week because we're short-staffed, but I guess for me that means business as usual.

Really? If you already have everything set up, feels like hiring a few french guys for commentary isn't that farfetched.

Now there could also be a partnership with RDS/TVA sports to share the feed as well.

I kind of hope so to be honest, especially for RDS, I don't see how they could possibly be better than that.

games for French broadcasts are already split in two, and now you want a third platform to come in? oy vey.

No, I want games, all the games, to be available on a streaming platform and not only on cable tv.

I see.

I just wish for TV you'd only have one channel to subscribe to, the TVA-RDS split is dumb enough already.

If there was a way cable providers would let me have one channel (or two, I don't care), with all the games, for a price that makes sense, I' wouldn't mind it at all.

But since they've always been greedy bumholes asking us to pick a package of channels if you want to watch hockey, I hope PrimeVideo gets all the rights, with the option for french commentary, and we move on to streaming full time.

It'll take time to have my dad completely understand how to watch the games but he'll get there.

remember how i was telling you that xfinity (comcast) was a rip off and you always had to watch their billing and all that mess?

i cut the cord completely! i couldn't get a human being on the phone and i asked myself why i keep doing this so i researched it and T-Mobile is now providing my phone and my internet! the internet is actually faster. and the modem/router thing doesn't even use coaxial cable. i think they do this using magic!

even my smart tvs are faster.
