Slaf injured his shoulder in practice today. He will travel with the team to NY but St. Louis not sure he will play.

Yes, but not lead the league with over 1600 man games lost in the last 3 years. Big difference if it's just an outlier. But this team has serious injury issues. They broke the league record 2 years ago, then broke their own record last year for man games lost in a season.
Hard to win and hard to get a true glimpse of your rebuild when you're bleeding your farm team dry just to fill holes.

still,
from what I read and heard the past few days... it shows that the patience of the fanbase has its limits. the good old days when the standings didn't matter, win or lose we just want to see progress.... it's wearing thin. the pressure slowly but surely is around the corner. it will take more than funny answers and chairs.
a bit ironic since Habs are the 2nd youngest team in the league... but it is what it is. |
