You know this is just going to bring another round of whining about the Kreider/Price episode. I would love to see one, just one Habs fan have the stones to admit that Emelin caused the whole thing.
- Tonybere

my favorite thing is the Habs fans who say the Kreider incident ended Price's career when he won the Hart Trophy and played 78 games including the playoffs the year after it happened

POC was to the chin/chest. The chin was contacted because he lowered his head while puck watching. Hit came a tick after he pushed the puck forward. Watching it, I was expected a Trouba train but hoping he would pull up given the score and hit wasn't needed. But it was a clean hit

You're doing the exact thing I was saying . I mean this with no disrespect, but it is a lazy position to take. Deserves further consideration beyond shrugging in my humble opinion

Damnit. Sometimes I just don't wanna!!! Leave me alone.

No. I was only speaking to the specific. I am not arguing against looking into what can help/improve player safety. I just know from playing for many years, that there are a lot of situations that I put myself in that no rule could change. Though I was lucky I didn't get hurt a lot.

It’s crazy to think we really don’t “need” anything right now. I can’t remember a roster being this complete for ranger teams

The only thing this team "needs" at this point is to understand why the last couple of playoffs runs were not good enough and to play with heart when the going gets tough. These next 76 lessons along the way will hopefully lay the foundation for them to have the right mindset in game 83.

Holy guys. A whole page just dedicated to Brukie.

Let miserable things die alone.
Right now you are all joining his misery.

Rangers are playing some kind of excellent brand of hockey. I am sure they will go through a tough spot. 82 games is a lot.

Sorry to disappoint you but Im not miserable nor over joyed, the Rangers beat the teams they were suppose to. Thats good. They are scoring 5v5 but Im not breaking out the champagne just yet.

Im always happy!!

The only thing I could possibly think of would be if there was a stud LD available to partner with Fox. The LD depth is there. From the forwards, only Smith, the third line boys, and fourth liners could or would ever even be traded but why would you? It's a weird but great position to be in. Injuries will determine it

No poop Tony, werent you the one who reprimanded me for saying this, multiple times of course, over the summer.

I think that will be the deadline move this year. Maybe not a 1LD but bringing in a big mobile defenseman would go a long way in the playoffs. While I like what Jones and Mancini have shown, I'd rather have some more experience back there come playoff time, especially with Lindgren's propensity to get hurt.

Funny stat I just saw looking at the standings. Utah is in 8th place league-wide with 9 points in 7 games. They have the same number of regulation wins (1) as the 1-5 Predators. Their only regulation win was their home opener vs the Blackhawks

If you don't see the difference between what I said vs. what you said and the way in which each was said, then I'm not sure you have the capacity to understand my explanation. Fortunately, I know you don't want it.

Had the Habs feed last night and they said something about Price and I was waiting for something along the lines about how Kreider took him out.

Mr. Burton is like a psycho on his twitter. They had that game in the bag the whole time and he expected them to lose.
