Mr. Burton is like a psycho on his twitter. They had that game in the bag the whole time and he expected them to lose. - JRR1285

Funny stat I just saw looking at the standings. Utah is in 8th place league-wide with 9 points in 7 games. They have the same number of regulation wins (1) as the 1-5 Predators. Their only regulation win was their home opener vs the Blackhawks - SkjeiStadium
They lost two dmen for the season basically already, Durzi and Marino |

Sorry to disappoint you but Im not miserable nor over joyed, the Rangers beat the teams they were suppose to. Thats good. They are scoring 5v5 but Im not breaking out the champagne just yet.
Im always happy!! - Brukie
I am not hoping for you to be anything you don't want to be. Not for me to say nor tell you what is or isn't. I wouldn't want others to do that to me. Can your posts be viewed as pessimistic, sure. But your choice.
Notice I wrote "Miserable things...", not "miserable people..."
It's meant to be a statement for those that interpret/see/experience something as negative. My advise is to let it die by not responding or caring about it.
Long winded advice for, move on. |

Brukie said to himself this morning, "I'm going to go to hockeybuzz and be a total doosh today"
that is the event that happened, there is no "viewpoint"
you guys always suggest ways of dealing with Brukie
here's a suggestion. stop thinking he's here to actually have a rationale conversation
he's here because he's a miserable (frank) bag |

Then go after Gallagher or their goalie. I’m all for big hits, but there has to be a way to protect brains of 22 year olds better. Sure, be more aware out there, but also maybe the league should discourage TBI’s a bit more. It will pay off when you don’t lose players to early retirement. Not sure on what the solution is exactly, but I imagine there’s something that can be done that won’t eliminate big hits altogether. - picklerick
When I coached we taught the kids "heads up hockey" It was a mandate in all of youth hockey in the USA and Canada. 22 year olds were taught this as well. Players are responsible for their own noggins.

You’re right never mind. The rules have been in place since before man walked the earth. Laws of nature. I believe it was Jesus who said “he who does not protect his head at every moment shall be at fault and doomed to be concussed for all eternity”.
- Trouba 3:16
Come on man there’s some nuance to be had here. I don’t want big hits to go away. It’s not a binary choice |

Maybe it came off too harsh but it was meant to be not so serious. I just think throwing our hands up and saying “keep your head up” is not quite enough. But I’ll leave it there |

Yeah that was basically the end of tom here. Don't remember who said it but kinda a Richard move to go personal with insults since we'd all get along well with a couple beers together |
