Just down the highway is the house Moira likes a tad better. A good price, but I feel its too much of a project. Cool, but frickin weird as well.

Yeah, that is fantastic. For sure there is much to do to bring it into modern times, but there is so much to work with there. The land is beautiful, and the observatory is amazing, and could always be repurposed to something else if desired. I thought it was a geodesic dome at first glance.

Oh it's definetely another short sighted signing. McCabe is useful today. But in three years when the Leafs defense has OEL, Tanev and McCabe all 35 and over with years left on their deals.... It might not look so good.

But I get it, the Leafs are looking to win a cup NOW, not in 5 years.
