I completely understand and appreciate the difference between individuals and the collective group.

But we don't necessarily have the best, most cerebral group out there. Dvorak is floating out there amongst others and the D isn't helping the O, and vice-versa.

It's a mess, no-doubt.

It's about the future. Not the past for a change. But what good does it do to cut someone off at the knees when accountability, effort and a collective way of playing is just being laid out?

This organization needed a complete cultural overhaul and be ushered into the new-age of running a successful NHL franchise in the modern age. Not just pictures of old ass players of yester-year that nobody has ever seen play.

This is new and will seperate the old from the new fan-wise.
