You guys held a Houston team without Nico Collins and Stefon Diggs to 13 points and still only won by a TD. Rodgers is ass and is going to have you guys limp to a 7-10/8-9ish record, blaming everyone else along the way. I don’t say this to be mean. I’m a giants fan. We suck ass to the nth degree. Daniel Jones shouldn’t be allowed to look at a football much less be a NFL QB. But yea, the Jets are done. Pray they lose as many games as possible. Your life will be better for it

Baby steps. The second half was truly what people expected from them this year. The schedule is kind of in their favor the rest of the way and the wild card group of teams isn’t overly impressive either.

The most frustrating thing is if you take into account the kicker that cost them AT LEAST two games, maybe 3, if they could play like that (second half) they could make it. We’ll see. I’m Mr Positive with the Jets too🤷🏻‍♂️

Corley cost them a TD too so the score wasn’t nearly as close as it looks

As bad as they have been, if Greg the Leg kicks like he did last year, they have 2-3 more wins

The bigger issue is the lack of an interior D line that can stop the run. Lost Jefferson, Woods and JFM, killed their interior line

They need to get a lead in games. They got stroud 8 times last night. But yea the run D is definitely weak. That 98 yd drive was brutal to watch

I’ll make ya deal, til the 20 game mark..you don’t call out Zib I don’t call out Miller

The difference is, I can appreciate what Zib has done for this org the last 8 seasons, where Miller has generally underachieved based on his promise

Is that fair?

I’m trying to have a pleasant conversation with you

That's nice and all but what he has done in the past doesn't win us a cup now my friend. He needs a therapist and a slap. Maybe a haircut RE: my avatar

Steven Wright cut

Listen, I love Zib. He’s Teflon to me. I will not berate him, ever. He struggles like all players do. In the past 8 years he’s looked like the best player we’ve ever seen in the blue shirt at times. He plays in all situations and gets nothing but hell here from 90% of you. I’m proud to be the 10% that doesn’t

Wrong. When he was peaking for 2-3 seasons I would challenge you to find consistent criticism. There was nothing to criticize. Offensively and defensively, he was a top 10-15 center in the league. He's not even the top center on our team for the last season +. The bottom has dropped out. And it has been that way for quite some time. Not a minor career slump. A downward trajectory that took a pronounced nosedive towards the end of last season. How much of it is physical vs mental, that can be discussed. Not sure why that's controversial. It doesn't mean we don't want him to play better. It doesn't mean he can't. It doesn't mean the team sucks.

If you can't muster even an ounce of criticism or concern then there's really no legitimate conversation to be had on the topic, and that's fine. But you brought it up

It's not some multi-week slump. IDK if he like saved your life or what hold he's got on you but it is indeed ok to discuss that there is an issue here without condemning him as a hockey player or a person. It's just really strange to me but hey, i digress.

It funny how this bothers you so much

I’m defending a Ranger who’s been one of my favorite players ever. I should go to hell I suppose

I actually believe in players. Madness I tell ya!! Like I totally believe in Kakko now, imagine that

Rempe scratched, Brodzinski in
Jones scratched, but we knew that

Just sent Rempe down and play him 16-17 minutes a game. Tonight is game 10, Vesey likely back Sunday. Wonder if they keep Rempe up and play him because Matt Martin is there or send him down.

Tj, you can defend someone but also recognize he has struggled. I like Mika, have for years. But I can also recognize he is not playing well. That doesn't mean I have a referendum against him. Same with Miller, who I really thought turned the corner in the playoffs a few seasons ago but reverted back to prior ways unfortunately.

Not every disagreement has to be a fight or a personal attack, comment made to all.

Rempe needs to refine his game some more imo. He should just stay there. He can’t even win fights lol so what’s the point

I think it depends on tonight, if they play well and its a satisfying all around effort, they'll want to keep the same lineup sunday

if it's a poop show, they could change it up vs Isles

I can't believe they brought Matt Martin back though good lord

I think this comes from a fundamental misunderstanding by you of what talking about Mika's struggles entails, at least for me. I'm not here just to say that he sucks now and we should all hate him. Something has changed with him over an extended period of time and I'm not entirely sure what it is but it has infected almost every aspect of his game. To me it felt worthwhile to discuss that and maybe hear perspectives on what may be plaguing him. It feels like a chore at this point, so thanks for that bucko

I'd still would rather have Lafreniere than any other player taken in 2020 draft including that diving bastard on Ottawa
