I’m happy he’s back in the lineup but you’re right. Not exactly being paired with skilled linemates so that he can succeed. He better be on pp1.

Theres only a 3 point gap between 15th and 28th. Lots of teams they can realistically pass if they start playing like they did last season. Only 2 teams there have the potential to not suck. Colorado and Edmonton.

Flyers can very much be on the same level as Utah, CHI, SJ, CBJ, ANH, DET, BUF, OTT, NYI, STL PIT and SEA. NSH is showing no signs of improvement either. I wouild love PHI to finish in the bottom of the league but it is more likely than not they play themselves up. If they continue to play like they did against CAR, TBL and FLA they are going to win more games.

I have come to have an extreme dislike for Torterella. I wasn’t enamored with the hiring to start but was willing to see how things would play out.
Well, the flyers are a sht show.
The only reason to watch is to see MM.

Caufield would have helped the PP, on breakaways, and on 3 on 3=OT. If Torts have given him enough icetime.

What I’m looking for tonight from MM is how well he tracks defensively, his attention to the transition game and ensuring he stays in the defensive zone long enough before breaking out.

Also looking for his back checking and stick checking. Blocking a few shots as well should get the blood flowing.

Don’t care about goals or assists. I want the rest of his game to be on point before we worry about that. Poehling is the perfect line mate to show him how it’s done.

No they cannot. Detroit, islanders, Ottawa, and Buffalo are all clearly better. The rest are toss ups and they aren’t going to be better than all of them. There is absolutely no path to a mid teens pick.

William Karlsson really blossomed after leaving Torts doghouse in Columbus. But i do not believe Frost is of Karlsson's caliber. But he may get out to save his career.

The thing is, I cant see Deslauriers going after Celebrini. But Michkov being on a line with Poehling and Richard pretty much guarantees he will be out against the cement heads.
