Honestly, if he doesn't take a team friendly deal, then it's probably best to part ways, from a business perspective.

If I were them I would be targeting less sexy but more well rounded players to help compensate for their very weak blue line. Mangiapane would have been a good fit. I can understand if they didn't want that cap hit. Rust would probably be a good fit if he would waive for them.
