Ryan Suter Signs With Blues... He is another great fit,...as he is the big personality the has been missing from the Blues Dmen since the trading of big Alex...You can't beat his compete or experience.

The best thing about Suter is he has some TDL value. There is no legit comparison with Pietrangelo at this point. Suter has a good stick but he’s a 3rd pair guy who will get exposed often. It’s over Ryan, give it up.

Agreed, but if there's someone out there willing to pay him (and there are now 3 ) why not take the money? Anyone with a shred of common sense would take it.

It’s all about the money. He gets booed in Nashville and Minnesota. It’s sad to see former top tier players hang on way too long.

What does it mean that the Blues have been missing this big personality on defense? Parayko, Faulk, Leddy, Krug are all in their early 30s. It's not like a bunch of rookies without a veteran mentor. Aa for his big personality...it's toxic. Nobody likes him. He also can't play anymore if anyone bothered to watch him this year. But I do like referring to Pietrangelo as "Big Alex". Haven't heard anyone use that before but I'm going to start copying that.

Maybe Dylan Samberg will start copying “King Alex” for Iafallo. Not attributed to Ek though.

Imagine a Suter Nurse pairing trying to see who could out windshield wiper swipe at a puck to defend

I don’t see this as a bad thing. Just another veteran d man on a cheap contract to help sure up the defense on the 3rd pairing when he does play. It won’t be every night. Maybe half the games??

Maybe Army is working on a trade??? Not sure anyone will take Krug or Faulk at their price and Krug has already shown he will block a trade
