Didn’t see your post in the last blog til now, yard and flower gardens work is done tho
Anyways, here’s the stats I was talking about from October 2023, not even a year old
https://www.arcticicehock...ion-based-on-time-on-ice/
50P is the average for a second liner. The cup winning 2nd line C only had 41P last season, which would have been 48-49P if he played all 82 games. - Dozzer
Thanks. |

Nice
He had that thing where him just saying anything at all is inherently funny. Norm MacDonald was like that too. They could recite the minutes of a municipal government meeting and it would be hilarious. |

My wife and I saw him in Mississauga in 2004 at the Living Arts Centre. I was so excited to go hear him do his routines - he's always been a favourite. He didn't do _any_ of his stuff. He just sat on the stage and talked to the audience and told stories - generally telling us his favourite bits that his friends did or had done. It was pleasant and sweet but it certainly wasn't as funny as his normal stuff!
He'll be missed. The end of Newhart is the single best ending of any sitcom ever.
His monologues, I hope, will always be legend.

Stee missed his interview for the job, he stayed on the greyhound bus starring a blonde Katy Perry look alike.
of course stee was drunk as usual and he was starring a 65yrs old due with white hair driving the bus |

I look forward to being surprised when they actually draft someone who seems good and ultimately hating this guy for no good reason by 2031.
So he was a scout in Detroit for 20 years, but not the guy who brought in the elite European talent, and then he went to Dallas for the past 11, where had an elevated role in the scouting department, but wasn't the Director of Scouting.
So you go and look at Dallas since 2014 . . . In 2015 they got Hintz in the 2nd, 2017 they picked up Oettinger as a late 1st and Robertson at 39 (I wouldn't give them credit for Heiskanen at #3 - they could have had Makar, but still a top-4 pick should be good unless it's a weak draft or your scouting department is awful). Since 2017 only Harley and Johston - 1st round picks - have turned into anything tangible at the NHL level.
That's like getting hired because your resume says that in your last job you, "Showed up".

I actually hope he learned nothing, is dumb as a brick and only draft busts.
To each his own.
