You have no idea what you’re talking about . Boucher even just called it out - ClaudeFather
Oh please .. Boucher just said Seeler got caught up ice but he hustled back. Drysdale could have broke up that play at the blue line, but he backed in and ended up doing nothing on that play.
This comment suggests Ristolainen took a penalty… - roenick97
Watch the replay. Risto waived for the change, Johnson jumped on, Sanheim was behind him. He waived the change and then played the puck. Not a heads up play IMO.

You are completely wrong. Seeler was hustling back but he was on the back side. Drysdale was faced with 3 wild attacking players coming at him with all Flyers on the back side. Including 2 wild players make a net drive. Which means that Drysdale has to stay in the center of the ice. If he steps up on the puck carrier. A simple chip pass leads to a breakaway or a 2 on 0. Also, please take note on what Michkov does on the play. Michkov was F3 on the play

Very true, but in the end Drsydale ended up doing nothing. Not playing the puck carrier and not stopping a patential pass. He backed off Foligno and gave him a ton of room, that is what I had a problem with. I want Drsdale to recognize the situation and be aggresssive there, not passive. That is my only point.

The puck needs to get in deep there. That was the cause of the penalty.
